Job summary

KARCHER Ahmedabad is seeking a field service technician to provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their equipment operates efficiently. You will travel to client sites to install machines, perform preventive maintenance, and train customers on proper operation.

You will maintain service records, update CRM with cases, respond to breakdowns, and coordinate with dealers to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their equipment is operating efficiently.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide status updates and follow-up on service requests.
• Travel to customer locations as required to perform maintenance or resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and report on service activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.
• Installation of Karcher machines and educating customer about dos and donts for machine operation.
• The operator training during installation and the service contract period.
• Educating customer for minimum maintaining stock for minimizing machine down time.
• Schedule Preventive maintenance for the contract customer
• Attending complaints / breakdown calls/repair
• CRM updates for the assigned cases/compliance of TAT
• Understanding of Service Product [Consumables / Service Contract (AMC/CAMC/O&M)/Detergent]
• Responsible for provide technical support to dealers team on request
