Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior technology delivery leader to own end-to-end delivery of a large, strategic Wealth Management engagement for a global financial institution. The role requires building and running a scalable, multi-geography delivery organization with governance, release readiness, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Technology Delivery / Program Management.
• Senior leadership experience managing large, multi-geography delivery organizations.
• Strong domain experience in Wealth Management / Asset Management / Capital Markets / Banking / FinTech.
• Good understanding of Wealth Management products such as Investments, Retirement, Financial Planning, Mortgages and Investment Platforms.
• Proven experience managing strategic programs for global financial institutions.
• Strong CxO-level stakeholder management and client-facing leadership capability.
• Experience scaling teams, managing complex delivery operations and driving transformation.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering and delivery practices, including Agile, CI/CD and cloud platforms.

We are looking for a senior technology delivery leader to take end-to-end ownership of a large, strategic Wealth Management engagement for a global financial institution.

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for building and running a scalable, multi-geography delivery organization, strengthening delivery governance, improving release predictability, and acting as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders.
