Job summary

Intellect Design Arena Ltd. seeks a senior technology delivery leader to take end-to-end ownership of a large, strategic Wealth Management engagement for a global financial institution.

This high-impact role builds and runs a scalable, multi-geography delivery organization, strengthening governance, improving release predictability, and serving as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders. The role requires leading delivery across programs, teams, and geographies, driving modern practices

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Technology Delivery / Program Management.
• Experience leading large, multi-geography delivery organizations.
• Strong domain experience in Core Banking / Wealth Management / Asset Management / Banking / FinTech.
• Proven experience managing strategic programs for global financial institutions.
• CxO-level stakeholder management and client-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology delivery across multiple programs and geographies.
• Build and lead large delivery teams across Program Management, Engineering, Product and Support.
• Drive delivery governance, release readiness, quality, SLAs and risk management.
• Improve delivery velocity, operational efficiency, resource utilization and cost effectiveness.
• Partner closely with senior client stakeholders and represent delivery in executive governance forums.
• Establish consistent delivery processes, quality gates and accountability across programs.
• Drive modern delivery practices including Agile, CI/CD and cloud-native delivery.

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for building and running a scalable, multi-geography delivery organization, strengthening delivery governance, improving release predictability, and acting as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders.
