Job summary

Genpact, a leader in AI-driven finance transformation, seeks a Front Line Manager - F&A (R2R) to steer month-end close, reporting, controls, and KPI attainment in a fast-moving environment.

You will lead multiple stakeholders, build strong client relationships, drive audit deliverables, and oversee R2R processes across Oracle/SAP ERP environments in a hybrid work setup in India.
