Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager - F&A - MDM to lead end-to-end Master Data Management operations across multiple domains. You will drive data governance, quality controls, and integrate ERP solutions like SAP MDG, S/4HANA, and data lakes to enable scalable efficiency.

You will partner with business and IT teams, manage timelines, and mentor cross-functional teams while pursuing AI/ML and Lean Six Sigma driven improvements to enhance performance and governance.

Qualifications

• Manage project and service delivery timelines, stakeholder engagement, and operational transitions to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction.
• Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities using AI, ML, and Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational performance.
• Build and mentor teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration while developing thought leadership and client-facing best practices in MDM.
