Job summary

Genpact is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager - F&A - MDM in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end Master Data Management initiatives. You will drive data governance, implement SAP MDG/S4HANA platforms, and align master data with P2P, OTC, and Finance processes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, process excellence, and opportunities to apply AI/ML for automation in a hybrid workplace within Genpact's AI-driven transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) across domains (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance).
• Implement data governance frameworks, quality controls, and process standards.
• Design and deploy ERP solutions (SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA) for efficiency and scalability.
• Link master data issues to P2P, OTC, and Finance with actionable insights.
• Manage project and service delivery timelines, stakeholders and transitions.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI, ML, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Build and mentor cross-functional teams; develop thought leadership in MDM.
