Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - MDM to lead end-to-end master data management operations across multiple domains, ensuring accuracy, governance, and process standardization.

You will partner with Business and IT teams to design and implement SAP MDG, S/4HANA, and data lakes, driving efficiency and scalable solutions for P2P, OTC, and Finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance as core education.
• Masters in Finance is preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with MDG, data governance and master data management.
• Exposure to AI/ML and Lean Six Sigma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MDM operations across domains like Material,Vendor, Customer and Finance Master Data.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance and governance with quality controls.
• Design and implement digital/ERP solutions (SAP MDG, S/4HANA, data lakes) for efficiency.
• Link master data issues to business process impacts across P2P, OTC, Finance.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and transitions to meet objectives.
• Identify improvements using AI/ML and automate processes where possible.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) operations across domains such as Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance Master Data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and governance.
Drive implementation of data governance frameworks, quality controls, and process standards to ensure high-quality and error-free master data.
Partner with Business and IT teams to design and implement digital and ERP solutions (SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, data lakes, analytics) that enable efficiency and scalability.
Link master data challenges to business process impacts across P2P, OTC, and Finance, providing actionable insights and solutions.
Manage project and service delivery timelines, stakeholder engagement, and operational transitions to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction.
Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities using AI, ML, and Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational performance.
Build and mentor teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration while developing thought leadership and client-facing best practices in MDM.
