Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in F&A - MDM to lead end-to-end master data operations and drive data governance across multiple domains.

You will partner with business and IT teams to implement SAP MDG, S/4HANA, data lakes and analytics, ensuring accuracy and scalability of master data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Finance-focused Master's or professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Master Data Management and ERP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MDM operations across domains like Material, Vendor, Customer and Finance.
• Drive data governance frameworks, quality controls and standards.
• Partner with Business/IT to design SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA etc. for scalability.
• Track data issues and link to P2P/OTC/Finance processes for solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, stakeholder engagement and transitions.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI/ML and Lean Six Sigma.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) operations across domains such as Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance Master Data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and governance.
• Drive implementation of data governance frameworks, quality controls, and process standards to ensure high-quality and error-free master data.
• Partner with Business and IT teams to design and implement digital and ERP solutions (SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, data lakes, analytics) that enable efficiency and scalability.
• Link master data challenges to business process impacts across P2P, OTC, and Finance, providing actionable insights and solutions.
• Manage project and service delivery timelines, stakeholder engagement, and operational transitions to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction.
• Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities using AI, ML, and Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational performance.
• Build and mentor teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration while developing thought leadership and client-facing best practices in MDM.
