Genpact seeks a Service Delivery Manager for F&A AP to lead the Accounts Payable operations, manage invoice processing, vendor data and intercompany payments across ERP platforms. You will ensure timely, accurate processing and drive performance against KPIs while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will oversee audits, reporting and process improvements, with a focus on control, accuracy and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance required
• Master's in Finance preferred
• Accounts Payable Certification (F-TecF-Tec) preferred
• Solid experience in AP processes and related controls
• Experience with ERP systems and EDI a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead Accounts Payable operations with multiple ERP systems
• Manage document handling, invoice processing, helpdesk and vendor master data
• Coordinate intercompany and non-trade payments, audits and KPI/SLA delivery
• Drive process improvements, risk management and internal controls
• Lead governance calls with internal and external stakeholders
• Be flexible with shift timing as required by business needs
