Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - AP to lead Accounts Payable operations across multiple ERP systems. You will manage document handling, invoice processing, helpdesk duties, correspondence, and vendor maintenance, including intercompany payments and vendor data accuracy.

Ideal candidates will drive KPIs/SLAs, support external and internal audits, and participate in governance with stakeholders. Night shift in India is required, with readiness to work per business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable processing and related controls.
• Familiarity with audits and external/audit responses.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and EDI/Non-EDI processes.
