Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for Accounts Payable (AP) to oversee end-to-end AP processes, including document management, invoice processing, helpdesk support, vendor maintenance, and EDI activities. You will manage multiple ERP systems, ensure accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, audit-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold a relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, accounting, commerce, or economics.
• Experience in Accounts Payable operations, vendor management, and AP controls is essential.
• Proficiency in ERP and EDI processes with a track record of process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable operations and ensure timely, accurate processing and cash flow.
• Manage vendor master data, approvals, and exception handling in ERP/EDI environments.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and respond to audit inquiries with control-focused documentation.
• Drive process improvements and maintain KPI adherence across AP activities.
