Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for Supply Chain - Procurement to drive Source-to-Pay (S2P) discussions with clients and deliver transformation projects.

You will lead proposals, design standardized methodologies, and engage senior executives to understand business challenges and commercialize S2P solutions. In this role, you will mentor teams, support Fortune 500 clients with process re-engineering, and adopt digital tools to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Master's in Operations Management or related discipline preferred.
• Certifications in supply chain domains are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Source-to-Pay (S2P) discussions with clients as a subject matter specialist.
• Develop and deliver proposals, transformation projects, and innovative S2P solutions.
• Implement standardized S2P methodologies across multiple accounts for consistency and scalability.
• Engage with senior executives to diagnose business challenges and commercialize S2P solutions.
• Mentor practice teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support Fortune 500 clients with process re-engineering and digital tools adoption.
