Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, or Finance and MBA are listed as qualifications.
• Certified in Supply Management (CSM) and CPSM listed among credentials.
• CSCP certification from IIM Trichy is noted in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery for sourcing operations, ensuring alignment with strategic procurement goals and business expectations.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and KPIs across sourcing processes.
• Collaborate with category managers, finance, and legal to execute sourcing strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships with SLA compliance, risk mitigation, and value delivery.
• Provide leadership to sourcing teams with accountability and customer-centric focus.
