Job Description Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities to meet organizational procurement needs.
• Review supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms and conditions to optimize costs and quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and ensure timely and accurate procurement solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues or concerns promptly to maintain service levels and compliance.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and supplier data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of sourcing activities, contracts, and supplier evaluations for audit and decision‑making purposes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing enhancements in sourcing processes and supplier management practices.
