Job summary

Genpact, a leader in AI-driven digital transformation, is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for HRO - Payroll & Benefits. You will drive payroll operations, governance, and transformation initiatives across global clients from our India office.

The role requires executive-level relationship skills and delivery excellence in a fast-moving environment. You will mentor teams, optimize processes, and leverage data analytics to enhance accuracy, compliance, and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce, economics, or finance.
• MBA or equivalent in analytics considered a plus.
• CEBS certification preferred.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery meets customer expectations, adhering to SLAs and ensuring customer satisfaction through noise-free operations.
• Assess team performance against set standards, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.
• Identify and drive value beyond SLAs and contractual terms, uncovering transformation and value-sharing opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership in relationship management and communication at all levels, coordinating multiple deadlines and creating cohesive teams.
• Oversee payroll processing service delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation, including Build to Gross, Pay processing, and reporting.
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary functions (process & technology) to operationalize the entire Finance and Accounting operations lifecycle.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team while facilitating process standardization, simplification, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
