GTT Communications, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vendor Ordering Coordinator in Pune to manage multiple vendors and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

You will interact with Service Delivery and other departments to provide status updates, identify risks, and drive on-time project delivery. Primary responsibilities include coordinating with vendors for installations, escalations, and documentation, while maintaining data in CMD and supporting training for teammates.

\\*Senior Vendor Order Coordinator: Role Summary: The Senior Vendor Ordering Coordinator is responsible for managing multiple providers that Service Delivery engages in order to fulfill customer requirements as well as helping with the training, escalations and complicated orders per manager’s request. The key need for this role is to manage vendor relationships, set expectations, and be the primary point of contact with the vendors. The Senior Vendor ordering Coordinator serves as an example to the team in terms of KPI, attitude and living up to the GTT Core Values. The Coordinator will work closely with GTT Service Delivery teams to provide information regarding the status of the vendor order. Job Scope: Interacts with Customers, Service Delivery Management team, Project Management teams, Service Design, Design Assurance, Sales, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales Support and Network Provisioning teams. Duties and Responsibilities: • Initiates communication with vendors via emails, vendor portals, and calls • Review the circuit design to ensure accuracy of proposed solution • Manages order expectations by consolidating and providing meaningful updates to internal stakeholders • Communicates and coordinates with local onsite contact for access and installation • Tightly manages vendor installation to meet critical milestones and customer deadlines • Escalates and resolves vendor and internal issues quickly across all aspects of the vendor installation process • Provides vendor updates and completes vendor related tasks for the Project Management team for projects • Coordinate activations with vendors and internal teams • Uploads documentation and maintains data in GTT’s internal system, CMD, to ensure accurate and timely handover of information to internal teams and Vendors • Provides training and support to the other team members per their request or manager’s • Helps with the administrative assignment of workload per the team’s queue in their respective shift • Helps with the Daily Team Reporting
