Job summary

Izmo is seeking a Contract & Commercial Manager in Bengaluru to centrally manage customer contracts, billing coordination and related compliance for the Enterprise Software Division.

Based in JP Nagar, the role involves coordinating with Finance, Legal, Sales and senior management to ensure timely contracts, POs and invoicing, while handling renewals and cross-border billing. 10–12 years in related fields and a Law/Finance/Commerce/Accounting degree are required.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in contracts, commercial operations, finance or legal/compliance roles.
• Degree in Law, Finance, Commerce or Accounting; legal qualification, CA or MBA is an advantage.

We are looking for a Contract & Commercial Manager to support the Enterprise Software Division and centrally manage customer contracts, commercial documentation, billing coordination and related compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage customer contracts, renewals, amendments and commercial documentation.
• Maintain a central contract repository and track contract obligations, expiry dates and renewals.
• Coordinate customer POs, billing schedules and documentation required for invoicing.
• Work closely with Finance on invoicing, withholding tax, GST/VAT and cross-border billing matters.
• Follow up with internal teams and customers to ensure contracts, POs and billing documentation are completed on time.
• Review commercial and contractual terms and identify financial or legal issues requiring escalation.
• Track outstanding contracts, POs, invoices and renewals through structured monthly reporting.
• Support international sales and operations teams on contractual and commercial matters.

Candidate Profile

• 10 - 12 years of experience in contracts, commercial operations, finance or legal/compliance roles.
• Degree in Law, Finance, Commerce or Accounting; legal qualification, CA or MBA is an advantage.
• Good understanding of commercial contracts, invoicing, taxation and payment terms.
• Experience dealing with international customers and cross-border contracts preferred.
• Strong follow-up, documentation and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently with Finance, Legal, Sales and senior management.
