Job summary

Jobitus in Mumbai (Andheri) seeks a Service Advisor – Body & Paint with 2–5 years of experience to handle accident, body repair, denting, and painting needs.

You will inspect vehicles, prepare estimates, coordinate with Body Shop, Paint Shop, Parts, Insurance Companies, and Surveyors, and manage insurance claims and customer communications to ensure timely delivery and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a service advisor role for body & paint.
• Knowledge of accident repair processes and body shop coordination.
• Experience with insurance claims and surveyor coordination.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Familiarity with DMS/workshop management systems.
• Experience in authorized automobile dealership / OEM dealership preferred.
