Spinny in Bengaluru seeks a Body Shop Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle body repair process, inspect damage, and coordinate with technicians and insurers to ensure timely, quality repairs.

You will prepare repair estimates, communicate costs to customers, and provide regular progress updates while ensuring documentation and customer satisfaction throughout delivery.

• Conduct initial vehicle inspection and document .
• Prepare repair estimates and explain the repair process and costs to customers.
• Coordinate with body shop technicians, painters, and other teams for timely repairs.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for claim-related requirements.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress and delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation of job cards, estimates, approvals, and invoices.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
• Achieve assigned customer service and business targets.
