Job summary

CHR Group in Coimbatore is seeking a service advisor to handle customer enquiries, inspect vehicles, prepare estimates and schedule repairs. You will coordinate with technicians and keep customers updated on progress, while managing service records, warranty claims and upselling additional services.

The role requires a Diploma/BE in Mechanical or Automobile, with experience in commercial or passenger vehicle service, and strong customer handling and documentation skills.
