• Serve as test engineering lead to resolve critical technical challenges
• Develop test strategies for both functional and system-level validation, taking responsibility for planning and results
• Lead new initiatives in functional and/or system co-validation, collaborating with industry partners to enhance effectiveness
• Provide technical leadership to drive innovation and offer guidance and training to the team
• Introduce industry best practices, with emphasis on implementing AI solutions for smarter validation and strengthening design validation competitiveness
