Description and Requirements

Utilize extensive technical expertise across both functional design validation (Development) and system design validation (Test) to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Serve as test engineering lead to resolve critical technical challenges.
Develop test strategies for both functional and system-level validation, taking responsibility for planning and results.
Lead new initiatives in functional and/or system co-validation, collaborating with industry partners to enhance effectiveness.
Provide technical leadership to drive innovation and offer guidance and training to the team.
Introduce industry best practices, with a special emphasis on implementing AI solutions for smarter validation and strengthening design validation competitiveness.
