Vyntrapro Innovations in India is seeking an experienced Windows Server administrator to manage and support enterprise environments. You will handle AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, backups, virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi/vCenter and Hyper-V), and storage (SAN/NAS), while ensuring high availability and DR readiness.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, ITIL-aligned incident management, and a willingness to mentor L1/L2 teams and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025).
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO administration.
• Strong virtualization experience (VMware ESXi/vCenter, Hyper-V).
• Backup and DR operations using Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup.
• Hardware lifecycle management for Dell/HP/Lenovo servers.
• Storage concepts including SAN/NAS and snapshots.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle on-call rotations.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File & Print Services.
• Administer VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) and Hyper-V platforms.
• Perform VM provisioning, migrations, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS).
• Monitor infrastructure health and resolve complex issues proactively.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise server hardware.
• Support HA/DR initiatives and business continuity plans.
• Create technical documentation and support ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
• Mentor L1/L2 teams and participate in on-call support.
