Job summary

AnnexMed in Chennai seeks a hands-on SEO Specialist / SEO Executive to improve organic visibility, rankings, and lead generation. You will conduct keyword research, perform technical audits, optimize on-page and off-page elements, and analyze performance with GA4 and Google Search Console.

Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices, monitor competitors, and develop B2B SEO strategies for lead generation funnels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on SEO experience with keyword research, technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits addressing crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, structured data, and site architecture.
• Implement and monitor on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, URLs, content optimization.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies to improve rankings.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends.
• Optimize landing pages for visibility, UX, conversions, and lead generation.
• Use Google Search Console to monitor performance, indexing, and issues.
• Use GA4 to analyze organic traffic, user behavior, and conversions.
• Prepare regular SEO reports with actionable insights and trends.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist / SEO Executive to improve our websites organic visibility, search rankings, traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and SEO analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value and relevant search opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, structured data, and website architecture.
• Implement and monitor on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URLs, and content optimization.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify ranking gaps, content opportunities, backlink opportunities, and emerging SEO trends.
• Optimize landing pages for search visibility, user experience, conversions, and lead generation.
• Use Google Search Console to monitor search performance, indexing, keyword rankings, coverage, and technical issues.
• Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze organic traffic, user behavior, conversions, and SEO performance.
• Prepare regular SEO reports with actionable insights, performance trends, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Optimize existing and new content based on search intent, target keywords, SERP analysis, and SEO best practices.

Required Skills

• Experience with SEO reporting and performance analysis.
• Understanding of search intent, SERP analysis, and content optimization.
• Knowledge of website architecture, crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicalization, and XML sitemaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Understanding of B2B SEO and lead-generation strategies is preferred.

Preferred Tools
