Responsibilities

• Build mavlers.com's authority by earning white-hat links through guest posts, listings, roundups and digital PR.
• Establish quality contextual links via guest contributions and collaborations on relevant websites.
• Earn links from partners, tech ecosystems and community networks.
• Keep business profiles up-to-date on major review/listing platforms and pursue inclusions in roundups.
• Run digital PR with insights and expert commentary to secure client-approved links.
• Add links via resource pages, broken-link outreach, podcasts and webinars.
• Audit backlink profiles, identify gaps, and flag toxic links for disavow.
• Report links won, DR, relevance and referral traffic monthly.

• The SEO Off Page Executive builds mavlers.com's authority as a lifecycle marketing, marketing automation and MAP/ESP migration specialist by earning relevant, white-hat links through guest posts, platform and review-site listings, roundups and digital PR.


• Build quality, contextual links through guest contributions and content collaborations on relevant industry websites.


• Earn links from relevant partners, technology and community ecosystems.


• Keep business profiles on trusted review and listing platforms complete and consistent, and pursue inclusion in relevant industry roundups.


• Run digital PR with original insights and expert commentary, and secure links from client-approved stories.


• Add links through resource pages, broken-link outreach, communities, podcasts and webinars.


• Reclaim unlinked brand mentions, including those of earlier brand names.


• Audit backlink profiles of the website and its competitors; close link gaps and flag toxic links for disavow.


• Report links won, DR, relevance and referral traffic every month.


• Stay white-hat: no paid links, link networks or bulk low-quality listings.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of off-page SEO and link-building techniques


• Outreach and negotiation with publishers, bloggers and community owners


• Ahrefs, Semrush or Moz backlink and competitor gap analysis


• Understanding of DR/DA, link relevance and anchor text distribution


• Familiarity with email marketing, martech or SaaS niches (good to have)


• Clear written communication and tracking in spreadsheets

Educational Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or IT is preferred. SEO certifications are a plus.
