Job summary

Uplers Solutions Private Limited is seeking an SEO Executive for a remote, full-time position. The role focuses on on-page, technical and content SEO to grow organic traffic, rankings and leads for our clients from a remote setup in India.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of SEO experience, preferably from an agency or B2B, with knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools. A junior role with room to grow, certifications welcome.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in SEO from Agency or B2B (on-page, technical and content optimization).
• Graduate in any discipline; marketing/IT preferred; SEO certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run on-page, technical and content SEO to grow organic traffic, rankings and leads.
• Audit websites and fix on-page and technical issues (crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema, Core Web Vitals).
• Research keywords and map them to pages; optimize titles, meta tags, headings, internal links and content.
• Brief content writers and review content for search intent and quality.
• Track rankings, traffic and conversions in GA4 and Search Console; share monthly performance reports.
• Track algorithm updates and competitor movements and recommend actions.
• Work with the design, development and content teams to ship SEO recommendations.

• Audit websites and fix on-page and technical issues (crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema, Core Web Vitals).

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of on-page, technical and content SEO
• Keyword research and competitor analysis
• Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Semrush or Ahrefs
• Basic HTML/CSS and CMS knowledge (good to have)
• Clear written communication and reporting
• Awareness of AI search / GEO trends (good to have)

Educational Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or IT is preferred. SEO certifications (Google, HubSpot, Semrush) are a plus.
