Job summary

WAE India seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Lead to partner with Paid Media teams and own the SEO strategy across one or more websites. You will influence paid campaigns through keyword insights, CRO inputs, and funnel alignment while driving long-term organic growth and content strategy.

The role requires leading analytics, defining KPIs, and delivering leadership-ready reports to stakeholders, with cross-site governance and multi-website oversight.

Role & responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Paid Media (Strategic Support)

• Act as a strategic partner to Paid Media teams across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Influence paid performance through keyword intelligence, landing page optimization, CRO inputs, and funnel alignment
• Ensure paid campaigns align with long-term organic growth, brand positioning, and efficiency metrics (CAC, ROAS)

SEO Strategy & Organic Growth Ownership

• Own SEO as a core growth channel across one or multiple websites
• Define and execute long-term organic growth strategy covering technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, schema, and site architecture
• Build scalable keyword, internal linking, and topical authority frameworks
• Lead SEO during migrations, redesigns, and structural changes with minimal organic risk

Content Strategy & Multi-Site Management

• Own content strategy integrated with SEO and Paid Media objectives
• Ensure content is search-intent driven, conversion-focused, and E-E-A-T compliant
• Maintain consistency, quality, and governance across multiple websites
• Track and optimize content performance for traffic, engagement, and conversions

ANALYTICS, REPORTING & LEADERSHIP

• Own end-to-end digital performance measurement across SEO, Paid Media, and Content
• Translate data into business insights, growth forecasts, and leadership-ready reportsDefine KPIs tied to traffic, pipeline, revenue, and efficiency
• Act as the single point of accountability for digital marketing outcomes

• Good experience in Digital Marketing with strong SEO ownership
