Job summary

Riddhi Corporate Services is seeking an SEO Specialist to perform keyword research, audits, and optimization across on-page and off-page strategies. You will collaborate with content writers, address technical SEO issues, and monitor performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

The role also involves local SEO optimization, weekly reporting, and LinkedIn-based lead research to support business development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of practical SEO experience.
• Understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
• Knowledge of keyword research and keyword mapping.
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn search and lead/prospect research.
• Ability to identify relevant companies, decision-makers, and potential B2B leads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple websites/projects simultaneously.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Implement on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URL optimization, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Manage off-page SEO and link-building activities to improve website authority.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, and other SEO KPIs.
• Work with content writers to create and optimize SEO-friendly website content.
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for implementation.
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
• Conduct regular competitor and SERP analysis to identify new SEO opportunities.
• Optimize websites for Local SEO, including Google Business Profile where required.
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct LinkedIn lead research and prospect finding based on defined industries, locations, company sizes, and job roles.
• Identify relevant decision-makers and potential B2B prospects on LinkedIn.
• Maintain and organize prospect and lead information in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Support the Digital Marketing and Business Development teams with relevant lead lists and prospect data.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, LinkedIn prospecting techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
