About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Core Network Operations Engineer to join our Wireless Core Network Operations team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of HLR/HSS systems that support mission-critical wireless services. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in wireless core network technologies, subscriber management platforms, and telecom signaling protocols, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational excellence across the wireless network environment.

What You'll Do:
- Administer, monitor, and maintain HLR/HSS systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, and operational stability.
- Support end-to-end subscriber management for wireless network services across 3G and 4G environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex issues related to HLR/HSS platforms, subscriber provisioning, and network signaling.
- Analyze and resolve SS7 and Diameter signaling issues affecting wireless service operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to support mission-critical wireless core network services.
- Perform system configuration, upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Conduct operational health checks and implement best practices to improve system reliability and performance.
- Investigate and resolve network incidents, outages, and service-impacting issues within defined SLAs.
- Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities to support growing subscriber demands.
- Monitor network performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimize service delivery.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
- Support change management, deployment, and network optimization initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, standards, and advancements within wireless core networks.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Wireless Core Network Operations and telecom network support environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in HLR/HSS administration, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.
- Extensive experience supporting 3G/4G subscriber management platforms and wireless core network systems.
- Deep understanding of SS7 and Diameter signaling protocols.
- Solid foundation in networking concepts, telecom infrastructure, and wireless communication technologies.
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex subscriber, provisioning, signaling, and network-related issues.
- Experience supporting large-scale wireless deployments and mission-critical telecom services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex operational issues.
- Experience performing capacity planning, performance management, and system tuning activities.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and performance management tools.
- Knowledge of telecom security practices and wireless network protection frameworks.
- Experience with scripting and automation technologies for operational efficiency is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud-based telecom solutions and modern network architectures is an advantage.
- Strong documentation skills with experience creating operational procedures and support runbooks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operations environment while maintaining high service availability.
