Job summary

SEBI-Registered Investment Solutions Firm in India is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President / Senior Wealth Manager to lead capital raising for its Category III AIF platform. You will engage HNIs, UHNI, family offices and entrepreneurs to expand the investor base and drive fundraising.

You will build and scale a regional investor network, design sales strategies aligned to fund objectives, and lead investor meetings, roadshows and presentations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of wealth management experience with PMS / AIF Category III.
• Proven track record of raising capital in high-ticket investment products.
• Established relationships with HNI / UHNI / Family Offices / Entrepreneurs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills.

We are looking to onboard an experienced Wealth Manager to lead fund-raising and investor relationships for our SEBI-Registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive capital raising from HNI, UHNI, Family Offices & Entrepreneurs
• Build and scale a strong regional investor network
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with fund objectives and market dynamics
• Lead investor meetings, presentations & roadshows
• Collaborate closely with Investment, Compliance & Marketing teams
• Track fund-raising pipeline, closures and provide regular reports to leadership
• Represent the firm at industry events and investor forums

Mandatory Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Wealth Management with PMS / AIF Category III

• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills

Preferred Candidate

• Existing investor book comprising UHNI / Family Office / HNI clients
• Experience in proprietary fund sales
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a region independently
• High integrity with a strong compliance-oriented approach
