Job summary

ProConnect in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Senior Executive, Operations (Warehouse) to lead warehouse operations, inventory management and team performance under the DC Manager, focusing on efficiency, safety and KPI achievement.

You will collaborate with senior management to shape warehouse strategy, assess capacity, optimize layout and workflows, implement best practices for inventory control, order fulfilment and distribution, and ensure compliance while managing day/night shifts.
