Job summary

ProConnect is seeking a Senior Executive, Operations (Warehouse) to lead strategic warehouse management, optimize inventory flow, and drive efficiency across the distribution network in Tamil Nadu.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, coordinate with procurement and logistics teams, supervise Day/Night shift operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and deliver reliable service to internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop warehouse strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
• Assess warehouse capacity, layout, and workflow to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices in warehouse management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• The role requires working in rotational shifts. Candidates applying for this role should be willing to work in Day / Night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures in the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to manage relationships with third-party vendors, carriers, and service providers

The Senior Executive, Operations (Warehouse) is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic management and efficient operation of warehouse activities within the organization. Reporting to the DC Manager or equivalent, this position requires a strong understanding of warehouse logistics, inventory management, and team leadership.
