About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, conceptdriven Senior Visualiser & Graphic Designer who can transform ideas, briefs and abstract thoughts into powerful, contemporary and visually compelling creative outputs.

This role demands a strong blend of conceptual thinking, aesthetic judgement and exceptional execution. Were looking for someone who doesnt just design wellbut someone who thinks visually, challenges the expected, and consistently brings fresh creative possibilities to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop original visual ideas across diverse creative requirements and brand categories.
• Translate briefs, ideas and brand objectives into strong visual concepts, explorations and final executions.
• Create mood boards, visual references, compositions, layouts and design directions for campaigns and brand communication.
• Develop compelling visual identities and creative assets for digital platforms, social media, advertising, presentations and studio projects.
• Explore multiple visual styles, art directions, compositions and design approaches to identify the strongest creative solution.
• Deliver highquality designs with strong attention to detail, balance, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Work across multiple brands and creative styles while maintaining originality and a high standard of visual craft.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, videographers, designers and other creative partners to produce cohesive visual outputs.
• Take ideas from initial visualisation through to polished final execution.
• Present and articulate creative ideas clearly, explaining the rationale behind visual decisions.
• Identify opportunities to elevate concepts through unexpected visual treatments, innovative techniques and contemporary execution.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in design, fashion, advertising, photography, digital culture and creative technology.
• Explore and integrate new tools, techniques and technologies including AIassisted workflows, where relevant.
• Maintain consistency, quality and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Fashion Design or related creative fields.
• 6+ years of professional experience in visualisation, graphic design, branding, advertising, fashion or creative studios.
• A strong, diverse and conceptually driven portfolio showcasing both creative thinking and highquality execution.
• Exceptional visual sense and aesthetic judgement.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, engaging visual stories.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, colour, layout, imagery, proportion and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create work that feels fresh, relevant and distinctive, beyond templates or predictable trends.
• Strong understanding of how imagery, typography and graphic systems work together to communicate an idea.
• High attention to detail and refined visual finishing.
• Ability to experiment with different styles while maintaining a strong design sensibility.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to receive feedback, refine ideas and push concepts further without losing intent.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.
