Senior Visual / Graphic Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Visual / Graphic Designer to join our Middle East Design team and create high-impact, fashion-first visual communication across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

This role is for someone who goes beyond simply executing briefs. We're looking for a strong visual thinker and problem solver who can develop creative ideas, translate them into compelling design systems, and execute them across multiple formats and touch points.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual design, typography, composition, art direction and storytelling, along with a genuine interest in exploring AI-powered design and image-generation tools to push creative possibilities and improve speed and efficiency.

Youll work closely with the design, marketing, content and regional teams to develop campaigns across digital, social, performance, video, packaging and retail.

What You'll Work On

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for new collection product launches, sale and promotional campaigns across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Create performance marketing assets designed for different digital platforms and audiences.
• Develop creative assets for social media, CRM, digital, web and other marketing touchpoints.
• Work on packaging, promotional collateral and retail/in-store communication.
• Create and adapt motion/video assets, including short-form digital and social content.
• Work with regional teams to ensure designs are culturally relevant and appropriate for Saudi and UAE audiences.
• Explore and incorporate AI-generated imagery, visual experimentation and emerging creative tools into the design process.
• Take ownership of projects from concept development through final execution, ensuring a high bar for design quality.

What We're Looking For

• 1-6 years of professional experience in visual/graphic design, preferably within a brand, fashion, retail, lifestyle, e-commerce or advertising environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft and campaign-led design.
• Someone who can think before they design understands the objective, audience and communication problem and develops the right visual solution.
• Strong command of typography, layout, composition, colour, visual hierarchy and art direction.
• Experience designing across multiple formats and platforms, particularly digital, print & social.
• Experience with motion/video design is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with AI image-generation and creative AI tools. You should be comfortable experimenting with AI to create, enhance and explore visual concepts.
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and relevant AI/design tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects without compromising on quality.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to take feedback constructively.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
