Job summary

Markscient/campbell Solutions in Mysuru is seeking a creative Design Specialist to craft engaging visuals for social platforms, banners, emails, and website graphics. You will shape brand identity across pitch decks, brochures, and promotional media, while collaborating with marketing and founders to rapidly execute campaigns.

Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and familiarity with AI design tools, video editing, and basic web banners will set you up for success in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Experience creating visual assets for social media and digital campaigns.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and grid systems.
• Ability to iterate quickly based on performance metrics.
• Basic copywriting understanding for catchy visual hooks.
• Product photography and mobile videography basics.
• Experience with Generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.).

Responsibilities

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Static & Marketing Design: Create engaging visual assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Ads), display banners, email campaigns, infographics, and website graphics.
• Brand Identity & Collateral: Maintain brand consistency while designing pitch decks, brochures, newsletters, merchandise, and promotional print/digital media.
• UI/UX & Web Assist: Work with Figma to create basic web banners, landing page visual elements, and interactive mockups.
• AI-Assisted Design: Utilize AI design tools to accelerate visual concepting, mood boards, and image generation.
• Video & Motion Content (Bonus/High Advantage): Edit short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad creatives), assemble raw footage, add captions/transitions, and create basic motion graphics/GIFs.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing, content, and founders' teams to brainstorm creative concepts and execute campaigns rapidly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Design & Vector: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva.
• Visual Fundamentals: Strong grasp of typography, grid systems, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Startup Mindset: Ability to take ownership, iterate quickly based on performance metrics, and adapt to fast-moving priorities.
• Basic understanding of Copywriting (crafting catchy visual hooks and headline typography).
• Basic Product Photography / Mobile Videography skills.
• Experience with Generative AI Tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, ChatGPT for creative prompts).
