Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visual & Marketing Design: create social posts, banner ads, emails, presentations, and print collateral per brand guidelines.
• AI Tool Integration: use Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Firefly, Canva AI, or Stable Diffusion to craft concepts and illustrations.
• Prompt Engineering for Design: write effective prompts for on-brand visuals and assets.
• Brand Consistency: maintain typography, color palettes, and guidelines across touchpoints.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of core design experience and hands-on expertise in AI-powered design workflows. In this role, you will bridge traditional visual design with Generative AI tools to produce high-impact marketing creatives, digital campaign assets, and brand collateral significantly accelerating content production without sacrificing visual quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual & Marketing Design: Create engaging social media posts, performance ad banners, email newsletters, presentations, and print collateral following brand guidelines.
• AI Tool Integration: Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI features) to generate novel visual concepts, custom illustrations, complex background edits, and photo retouches.
• Prompt Engineering for Design: Craft precise text-to-image prompts to quickly generate on-brand stock visuals, textures, and creative assets.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain visual consistency across digital touchpoints, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content creators, copywriters, and digital marketers to translate creative briefs into visually compelling assets.
• Asset Optimization & Delivery: Prepare print-ready vector files (SVG/AI/EPS) and web-optimized raster formats (PNG/JPEG/WEBP) for digital campaigns.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

1. Technical & Design Skills

• Core Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and vector graphics creation.
• AI Design Proficiency: Working knowledge of modern GenAI tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or Stable Diffusion.
• Design Fundamentals: Solid foundation in layout design, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• UI/Figma Basics : Basic experience with Figma or web layout tools is a plus.

2. Experience & Background

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in graphic design (agency, in-house, or start-up background preferred).
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating a mix of branding, digital ad design, social media assets, and examples of AI-assisted art/retouching workflows.
