Job summary

Hbits Proptech Private Limited is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to build and manage institutional capital relationships and support capital requirements for the company.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end fundraising, engage with Private Equity Funds, Family Offices, banks, and lenders, and collaborate with senior leadership on capital strategy and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in capital raising or related fields.
• Proven track record of raising equity and debt.
• Strong relationships with PE funds, real estate funds, family offices, banks, debt funds and institutional investors.
• Experience structuring and closing fundraising transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives to support the Investment Manager's capital requirements for Debt & Equity.
• Raise equity and debt capital from Private Equity Funds, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, Strategic Investors, Banks, and Debt Funds.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with institutional investors, lenders and capital partners.
• Lead the complete fundraising lifecycle—from investor identification and pitching to due diligence, negotiations and financial closure.
• Prepare investment presentations, financial models, fundraising materials and investor communication.
• Work closely with senior leadership on capital planning, transaction execution and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives to support the Investment Manager's capital requirements for Debt & Equity.
• Raise equity and debt capital from Private Equity Funds, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, Strategic Investors, Banks, and Debt Funds.
• Build and manage long‑term relationships with institutional investors, lenders and capital partners.
• Lead the complete fundraising lifecycle—from investor identification and pitching to due diligence, negotiations and financial closure.
• Prepare investment presentations, financial models, fundraising materials and investor communication.
• Work closely with senior leadership on capital planning, transaction execution and strategic partnerships.

Ideal Candidate

• 8–10 years of experience in Capital Raising, Institutional Fundraising, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Structured Finance or Real Estate Investments.
• Proven track record of successfully raising both equity and debt capital.
• Strong relationships with Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds, Family Offices, Banks, Debt Funds, and Institutional Investors.
• Experience in structuring and closing fundraising transactions.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
