Job summary

NAB India is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead global market data category management, negotiate with providers, and govern licensing, audits, and supplier contracts.

You will collaborate with Markets, Treasury, Risk and Technology teams, drive multi-million dollar savings, and advance a diverse, inclusive workplace through hybrid work and development programs.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Procurement.
• Professional procurement accreditation such as CIPS, ISM, MCIPS, CPSM.
• Relevant certifications in Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Category Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all activities relating to supplier contracts across the business divisions from execution to disengagement.
• Apply contractual clauses throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure service performance and quality meet expectations.
• Identify remediation plans for poor performance or breaches and drive supplier improvements.
• Monitor and manage contract spend and drive cost savings initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

Manage and monitor all activities relating to supplier contracts across the business divisions responsible for, from execution of contract to disengagementApply and trigger contractual clauses, when necessary, throughout the contract lifecycleWork with the Service Managers across division to ensure service performance and quality meet expectationsWhere there is consistent poor performance or breach, work between Suppliers, Business and Strategic Sourcing to recommend remediations and treatment plansMonitor and manage contract spendImplement continuous improvementWork with the supplier to identify contract optimisation initiativesWork in a cross-functional manner across sourcing and supplier management teams
