Job description

Will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate travel and field logistics across the organization, ensuring cost-effective, efficient, and seamless travel arrangements. The role focuses on vendor management, rate negotiations, policy compliance, and optimizing travel spending while maintaining service quality for employees across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all travel arrangements including hotels, buses, cabs, and intercity movement
• Identify, onboard, and manage travel vendors (hotels, transport agencies, fleet providers)
• Negotiate competitive rates and long-term agreements to achieve cost savings
• Track and control travel budgets; implement cost optimization initiatives
• Create and maintain preferred vendor list and rate contracts for different cities
• Ensure timely booking and coordination aligned with business requirements
• Handle last‑minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements
• Monitor vendor performance and service quality; ensure adherence to SLA standards
• Maintain travel MIS, dashboards, expense tracking, and cost‑saving reports
• Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Operations teams for travel planning and workforce movement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements for travel expenses
• Drive continuous improvement in travel processes and employee experience

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline
• MBA / Diploma in Operations, Logistics, or Travel & Tourism preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in Retail/Travel organization.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good understanding of travel logistics, hotel contracting, and transport operations
