Job summary

Coraaj Travel is hiring a Senior Travel Consultant focused on cricket and sports travel. You will own complex itineraries from initial quote to final return, often at 2am, and you will call on expertise in worldwide airfares and multi-modal bookings.

You will coordinate with teams in the UK and India, manage production crew travel globally, and ensure policy-compliant, high-quality service under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing complex travel.
• Sports travel experience, ideally cricket, including touring squads.
• Hands-on production crew travel experience.
• In-depth knowledge of worldwide airfares and ticketing rules.
• Strong command of Amadeus and Galileo and multi-modal bookings.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 roster and adapt to shifts.

• Stay calm when plans break: rebookings, visa issues, cancellations, mid-tour changes.
• Work with UK and India teams to keep bookings accurate and compliant.

The role

We are hiring Senior Travel Consultants for our sports travel team, with a focus on cricket. You will own complex, highstakes travel from first quote to final return flight. When a squadʼs plans change at 2am, you are the person they call, and you already have the answer.

What you will do

• Plan and run travel for cricket squads, support staff and officials across multiple countries
• Manage broadcast and production crew travel worldwide, including equipment and tight call times
• Book complex domestic and international travel across air, road, rail and accommodation, using Amadeus and Galileo to deliver efficient, policy-compliant solutions
• Price group itineraries and negotiate with airlines and suppliers
• Offer proactive, bespoke support and recommend upgrades and ancillaries that lift the experience
• Stay calm when plans break: rebookings, visa and documentation issues, cancellations, mid-tour changes
• Work hand in hand with colleagues in the UK and India, keep every booking accurate and compliant, and help us keep improving

What we are looking for

• A minimum of 5 years managing complex travel
• Proven sports travel experience, ideally cricket, including touring squads and team travel
• Hands-on experience handling production crew travel worldwide
• In-depth knowledge of airfares worldwide, including fare rules, fare structures and complex ticketing
• Strong command of Amadeus and Galileo, and of complex multi-modal bookings
• A calm, solution-oriented head, with sharp attention to detail and sound judgement under pressure
• Excellent written and spoken English, and a warm, direct way with clients The discipline to work independently and own your results
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts on a 24/7 roster that can change
