JLL is seeking a Senior Executive - Transport to join our Gurgaon on-site team. You will provide efficient transport services, leverage transport management systems, and lead a team to deliver cost-effective operations while managing vendors and MIS reporting.

You will use advanced Excel and analytics to drive improvement, coordinate with project leads, and ensure timely budget and invoice processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in Employee Logistics, Travels & Transport management.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel, PPT and Outlook, standard analytic and reporting systems.

Senior Executive - Transport

What this job involves:

Main Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Reporting to the facility manager, provide efficient and cost effective transport service to the client.
• Exceptional understanding of Transport Management System/similar platforms and applications in transport domain.
• Must have handled teams with excellent man management skills.
• Good understanding and execution of MIS operations.
• Well versed with routing, automation tools in transport operations.
• Vendor management & Transport compliances.
• Budget monitoring, Invoice validation & processing.
• Ready to work in fast paced environment.
• Be able to throw new solutions through Data analytics for faster enablement of economic streamlining of the transport operations.
• Be able to interact with project leads and undertake conflict resolution, presentations, vendor management etc.
• Deep knowledge of advance excel & analytics in transport operations.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and in writing.

Education And Experience

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Overall Experience & Technical Skills : 5 or more years of experience in Employee Logistics, Travels & Transport management preferred. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel, PPT and Outlook, standard analytic and reporting systems etc.

• Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and a team player.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to deal with large volumes of data.
• Effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet timelines.
• Working and conceptual knowledge of databases is a plus.
