Job summary

Urban Company in Bengaluru is seeking a senior Training Lead to oversee all training programs for home cleaning professionals. The role includes developing and refining content, delivering hands-on training on SOPs, and driving improvements in service quality.

You will lead a team, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and stay ahead of industry best practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences and continuous development of training standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in top-tier Hotels, Facility Management, or Startups, with a focus on training and development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven experience in managing teams of professionals, preferably in hotels or facilities management.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training content for blue-collar workers.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
