Job summary

Urban Company is seeking an experienced Lead Training Manager for the Cleaning category to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The LTM will lead all training initiatives, develop and refine training content, and provide technical and behavioral training to our partner professionals to guarantee a delightful customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Internet, FMCG, QSR or other Startups, with a focus on training and development of Blue/Grey Collar workforce.
• Proven experience in managing teams of trainers/professionals, preferably in hotels or facilities management.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training content for blue-collar workers.
