Job summary

HCLTech in Chennai is seeking a Senior Test Lead to head testing efforts for software applications built with C#, Selenium and Python. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies, coordinating with development and business teams to ensure quality delivery.

You will mentor a testing team, manage test scripts, perform both manual and automated testing, analyze results, report defects, and maintain testing documentation while staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

Responsible for leading the testing efforts and ensuring the quality of software applications developed using c#,selenium,python. The Senior Test Lead will work closely with the development and business teams to create and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases.

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in c# programming language for test automation and scripting.
• Strong experience in using selenium for automated testing of web applications.
• Knowledge of python programming language for test automation and data manipulation.
• Excellent understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of testers to achieve project goals efficiently.

Other Requirements
