Job summary

Nucleus Software Exports is seeking an experienced QA Leader with 8–10 years in quality assurance, including 2–3 years in leadership. The role focuses on lending/banking domain knowledge, hands-on automation using Selenium/TestNG/Cypress, and building robust automation frameworks.

Strong API, database testing, and CI/CD experience are essential, along with excellent stakeholder management and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of overall QA experience with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong domain knowledge in lending, loans, or banking products.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, or similar).
• Experience in building or enhancing automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of API testing, database testing, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
