Job summary

Noventiq India, Ltd. is seeking an experienced QA Automation leader with 6–9 years of strong QA and automation experience to drive a high-performance SDET-style team in Mumbai. You will mentor engineers, shape automation strategy, and ensure robust quality across Web, API, and mobile platforms.

The role requires hands-on coding in Java, extending frameworks, and partnering with product teams to deliver reliable releases in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of QA and automation experience.
• Proven ability to lead SDET-style teams with hands-on automation expertise.
• Strong programming in Java and extending frameworks.
• Expertise across Web, API, Mobile, and Non-Functional Testing (NFR).
• Proficiency with modern testing tools including Cucumber, Selenide, Playwright, Appium, Rest Assured, Jenkins, ReportPortal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor SDET teams with hands-on automation.
• Balance risk, coverage, and speed in agile release environments.
• Define testing strategy aligned with product goals and timelines.
