Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in India seeks a lead for end-to-end testing of SAP SuccessFactors deployments, enhancements, upgrades, and support. You will define test strategy, plan SIT/UAT/Regression, and drive automation across EC, RCM, Onboarding, Performance, and Integrations.

You will manage testing teams, monitor progress, ensure defect closure, and communicate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases. Collaboration with global teams ensures readiness for production validation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors QA/testing.
• Proven ability to define test strategy and plan SIT/UAT/Regression.
• Experience with automation in SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.

• Define overall QA and testing strategy for SAP SuccessFactors programs.
• Prepare test plans, schedules, estimates, and resource allocation.
• Establish entry, exit, and sign-off criteria.
• Drive SIT, UAT, Regression, Upgrade, and Production Validation testing.
• Lead a team of functional and automation testers.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Review test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports.
• Ensure testing deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Job description

Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects. Responsible for defining test strategy, planning SIT/UAT/Regression cycles, managing testing teams, ensuring defect closure, stakeholder communication, automation adoption, and delivering high-quality releases across SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (RCM/RMK), Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Integration landscapes.
