Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors testing professional with strong TOSCA automation skills for on-site roles in Hyderabad, Pune, and Bengaluru. You will analyze requirements, design test cases, and execute functional, regression, and integration testing across SAP SF modules.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in QA, a Level 2 TOSCA certification, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps to track defects and automate tests.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have 3+ years in QA and testing with SAP focus.
• Automation experience using TOSCA is required.
• At least Level 2 certification in TOSCA is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases.
• Execute functional, regression and integration testing.
• Record defects and perform root cause analysis with dev teams.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks where applicable.
• Execute automated suites and evaluate results using Azure DevOps.

Role: SAP SuccessFactor Testing with TOSCA

Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore

Position: C2H

Skills Required:

• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in Quality Assurance and testing, with a strong focus on SAP applications.
• Previous experience of automation using TOSCA
• A minimum of Level 2 certification in TOSCA
• Demonstrable experience specifically with SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as:
• Employee Central (EC)
• Recruiting (RCM)
• Onboarding (ONB)
• Performance & Goals (PM/GM)
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Compensation (COMP)
• Succession & Development (SCD)
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and how they are supported by SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to understand project scope and identify testing needs.
• Develop comprehensive test cases based on requirements.
• Design and execute various types of testing, including functional, regression & integration testing.
• Execute test cases, record results, and document defects accurately and thoroughly.
• Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Where applicable, contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Execute automated test suites and analyse results.
