Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors tester to analyze requirements, design tests, and validate modules such as EC, RCM, ONB, PM/GM, LMS, COMP, and SCD.

You will automate test scripts with TOSCA, log defects in Azure DevOps, and guide junior team members while contributing to process improvements in HR module testing.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing.
• Hands-on experience with TOSCA automation (Level 2 certification preferred).
• Strong expertise in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Good understanding of HR business processes and SAP SuccessFactors module interdependencies.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps for test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently on complex testing assignments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience guiding team members and contributing to strategic testing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.
• Perform testing across SAP SuccessFactors modules including EC, RCM, ONB, PM/GM, LMS, COMP, and SCD.
• Execute automated test scripts using TOSCA and analyze test results.
• Log, track, and manage defects through to closure using Azure DevOps.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain test documentation, test execution reports, and defect metrics.
• Support end-to-end testing cycles and participate in release and deployment validations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.
