Job summary

Amvisha Real Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd. in Ranchi is seeking a telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers, understand requirements and explain real estate projects, and schedule site visits.

You'll follow up on leads from digital marketing, maintain regular contact, update lead status in CRM, achieve monthly calling, lead-conversion and site-visit targets, and mentor junior telecallers when needed. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of telecalling/telesales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent Hindi communication; basic/good English preferred.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
